Accommodation



There are three accommodation options available onsite; please note this is not luxury accommodation, but it is clean, cheerful and you'll be right amongst the action! All accommodation is organised through Jess and Adrian and you are unable to book separately through the venue, please contact us if you have any questions!

The Lodge House

The Lodgehouse contains older B&B style rooms, with 2 Queen Bedrooms and 6 Family rooms (multiple bedding configurations) all rooms have an ensuite bathroom and are located adjacent to the main house where all the cooking/socialising/games/gatherings will occur.
Prices are as follows;
  • Twin share is $130 per double per night (Single share is $100 per person per night)
  • Extra person sharing is $40 per person per night
  • Costs can be shared amongst all occupants of the room (eg 4 occupants = $105 each for the weekend or only $52..50 per night) the more people that share, the cheaper the room cost.




Lodge Room
Please note the Lodge rooms have been reserved firstly for family members and friends with children, if you are still keen for one please let us know as we may be able to move people around once we get all our RSVP's.

The Bunkhouse

Re-live the excitement of school camp in the ‘fabulous’ bunkhouse! Yes, it’s called the bunkhouse cause it’s full of bunks. 
The bunk house is located just down the hill from the lodge and the main house, and is adjacent to the barn where we'll be holding the reception. There are 6 rooms containing 10 bunks and 2 rooms containing 4 bunks, all rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Plus you also get the added fun of attempting to climb up and down ladders in the dark after a few drinks.
  • The bunkhouse is $70 (seventy) per person for the weekend, however you do need to BYO sheets, towels and pillows.
  • A ‘linen pack,’ consisting of sheets, towels and pillows can be provided for an extra $25 pp.

Unlike school camp you wont be expected to bunk with a whole bunch of people you don’t know, rooms will be allocated around friend groups, loud snorers, or to couples if room allows. Please let us know when you RSVP if you require a linen pack as we need to pre-book these.

Camping 

 Camping facilities are available for those wishing to go au naturale, there are campsites (unpowered) with fire pits and bbq plates as well as toilet, shower and laundry facilities available. The campground is also located just downhill from the main house and lodgerooms, and surrounds the barn where the reception will be held.
  • Camping costs $20 pp for the weekend 
  • or $14 pp if just staying for the Saturday night.
Campsite by the creek

 Firewood is strictly BYO and sorry but No Pets Allowed. Camper trailers and campervans are also welcome. The Campground is really pretty and is intersected by a small creek with lots of shady sites available.


Accommodation Details




Once we recieve all our RSVP's we will be able to assign rooms, there is enough accommodation onsite for all the guests and we hope you'll stay with us! Please mark whether you will be requiring a linen pack as we need to prebook these, all accommodation needs to be paid for by 1st of October 2014 by bank transfer to the Bride and Groom, once we've sorted all the rooms we'll give you bank details so you can transfer the money.
